Although we never decorate without your approval of the final design, if you would like to see the proof before you order, please contact us. We do not charge for this service and do it in the same timely manner as our normal post-order approval and decorating process.

- Proof and Virtual Image. We send a free proof and virtual image of your product for your approval before we decorate, and we do not charge for revisions. If you want, we can do the proof and virtual image before you place your order; just contact us and we will gladly provide this service without charge or obligation.
- Timeliness. We typically ship in 3-5 days, but in a rush, we can usually accommodate if you tell us the event date.
- Shipped for Free. Our pricing is among the lowest in the industry, but we think the best part about our pricing is that there are no extra charges (screen, setup, proof, etc.). The price per item is the total cost and it is shipped for free.
