Frequently Asked Questions

1. What other charges beyond the per piece price are there? We have no hidden charges and offer the best prices in the industry. The two most important items that we offer for free are shipping most items and always free setup. Here is what is free at FiestaCups,

There is a fee for additional imprint colors with multi-color decoration, and there is a fee for an imprint color not of our standard selection. Georgia shipment destinations are subject to sales tax.

2. Will I receive a proof? Yes and it is free with unlimited revisions and includes a virtual image. You will receive a proof and virtual image from your account representative, normally the same day that you place the order and always within 24 hours. We ask that you review the proof and then reply to the email that everything is satisfactory, or that you would like to make changes.

3. Can I get a proof before I order? Absolutely, and we encourage it. Just follow this link to sign up for a free proof: FREE PROOF BEFORE I ORDER.

4. When will my order ship? 90% of orders ship 3-5 days after approval of the proof. Some larger quantities and etched glassware takes just a bit longer. If you tell us the required in hands date, we can usually accommodate, and would notify you if there is a problem. If we miss a date that we accepted, then there is no charge.

5. When will I receive my order? After proof approval, you will receive an email with the estimated ship date and arrival date. We are located in Georgia and 70% of the US is a two day transit via FedEx Home or FedEx Ground. Other FedEx Express options are available.

6. What is a “Virtual Image”? A virtual image is a combination of an image of the item with the artwork imposed on it. It gives a close approximation of your product will look, but is not an actual photograph of your custom product. We include a virtual image with a every proof.

7. Can I see what my item will look like before I order? See question #3.

8. A friend told me about your newsletter. How do I sign up? Our newsletter is popular. Usually each issue has a story from one of our customers of how they used their FiestaCups product, a drink recipe, some news of what is new, and a discount. 9. I want to communicate to someone before ordering. What is the best way? We want your communication! Since every order is personalized or fully custom, we plan to communicate with you. You can call 800-318-9842, email help@fiestacups.com, click on the Live Chat, or Skype: fiestacups.

10. I ordered more than the minimum of an item, but the higher price still shows up in the shopping cart. The 1st line in the shopping cart will show the item, quantity ordered, and the price for the minimum quantity. The 2nd line, however, will show the quantity discount and deduct it from the total.

11. Can I get a sample of your items? Yes. We can provide random samples of previous projects. Please send your request to info@fiestacups.com

12. I want my order to be ½ of one color cup and ½ of another color. How do I order? You can do this without extra charge. Order online as if you were ordering a single item color in the total quantity, and then just indicate in the Special Instructions that you would like to ½ in another color. When we send the proof and virtual image for your approval, your selections will be clearly indicated.

13. My items are for a business. Can I use a purchase order? Yes, a purchase order is offered as a payment method for corporations and institutions.

14. I want to change some things of a design shown. Can I do that? Yes. Each order is custom made and so changes can be made. You can tell us via the “Special Instructions” , email info@fiestacups.com after you place the order, or call 800-318-9842.

15. Is there an extra charge for decorating both sides of the item? No, except for etched glass. Some items, such as the bottle koozies, are only able to be decorated on one side (There is no discount to decorating only one side)

16. Do I need to select a font? Yes, we have over 150 font selections and we are happy use a special font that you have found elsewhere

17. Can I use PayPal? Yes, PayPal is integrated into our SSL secured 1 Page Checkout system (see next question)

18. What are the methods of payment at Checkout? FiestaCups has SSL a secured 1 page checkout. From this Checkout, you can securely pay with VISA or MasterCard. Also, from this Checkout, you can select PayPal and be transferred into their payment processing system.

19. Can I use Google Checkout? Yes, Google Checkout is offered as an alternative to our own in house system. Google Checkout offers past Google Checkout users ease in filling in their billing and shipping information.

20. I want to order a quantity that is not shown on the pricing grid. Can I do that and how much will cost? Yes, you can order any quantity above the minimum. The pricing grid quantities show the price at and above which you will pay. For example, if you order 175 cups, you would receive the piece price shown in the quantity column for “150”. The next piece price break is at 250, so if you order 265, you would pay the piece price in the quantity column for 250.

21. I want a custom design, but I do not have my own artwork. How should I proceed? Just contact us via the contact form, info@fiestacups.com, or 800-318-9842, tell us the basics of your design idea, and our artists will be happy to work with you. We have access to millions of royalty free artworks and fonts, and our artists enjoy creating unique designs. There is no extra charge for this service.

22. Do you have any specials? We periodically send special coupon codes to previous customers, blog commenters, and those who sign up for our mailings.

23. Is there a discount to reorder? Yes. There is a $10 discount for exact repeats of the same artwork on the same. This discount is on top of any other discounts. Enter the coupon code REPEAT at checkout.

24. Can I have more than one imprint color? Yes for some products. Because of the differences in accommodating multiple imprint colors on various items, we recommend that you send us the artwork in advance for evaluation. If you have a design in mind that uses lots of colors, or very high resolution images such as photographs, you should look for products under the Full Process Color section.

25. I want to use a font that is not listed. Can I send you another font? Yes, and we will only use it for your order. Just indicate in the Special Instructions that you will be sending a font. Email the font to info@fiestacups.com
